As leaders of various groups and ministries grow in their own faith and leadership skills, they’re able to influence more people for Christ and expand the influence of Christ’s ministry in our community. We offer leadership development every second Sunday evening at about 7:00 pm, following the monthly Prayer Meeting.

Topics have included Care and Feeding of Volunteers, How to Lead Your Organization through Change, How to Teach through Discussion Questions, the Lifecycle of a Church, etc. For more information contact Pastor Ralph, (916) 652-4659.

We’re also developing a Mentor Training Class to help more mature Christians come alongside younger believers and encourage them in their Christian walk.
